In the spirit of Connecticut Libraries Annual Snapshot Day in April, we took the “pulse” of our Library by asking: “How does the Tunxis Library help you succeed?” The response was so wonderful, we just had to share it! Only a few of the 100+ comments are represented in this brief video.

Earthstock 2011 took place on May 1, 2011 in the courtyard at Tunxis Community College. The eco-friendly family event featured several vendors, including farms, crafters and organizations dedicated to the environment. Bands performed on a solar stage, courtesy of Solar Jam Productions.
