Open to all current Elementary Algebra students at Tunxis! Come to the Academic Support Center (Room 6-109) for details.	Improve your algebra skills in weekly workshops that complement your Elementary Algebra course. A great place to reinforce your skills and ask questions about the concepts being covered in class.

Students planning to enroll in Tunxis’s Intermediate Algebra or Elementary Algebra course can sign up for a free workshop in the Academic Support Center before class begins.

The Intermediate Algebra session is designed to refresh your memory on key concepts like:
• Fun with polynomials
• Laws of exponents
• Word problems
• And more

The Elementary Algebra session will cover topics like:
• Integers/ Fractions
• Combining Like Terms
• Linear Equations
• Word problems

You will also learn key math study skills and get a chance to ask the questions that have always plagued you about math.

The workshops will be held on the following dates and times. Each workshop is two hours long.
